How do I know if my booking is correct?

If you have purchased a ticket online or contacted us by any of our different contact channels, when the booking is completed you will receive an e-mail with your booking code starting with F3-…, the day, the date and all the information regarding your adventure in Forestal Park Tenerife.

The telephone service is very limited as there is no coverage in the natural area where the park is located, so we have a satellite telephone connection and there are times when we have difficulties with communications
