Our Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The Gift Voucher expiration date will be stated on them and can not be used after that date.
2. All participants must comply with the conditions of Forestal Park Tenerife (enlace a la normativa en inglés para acceder a nuestros circuitos). The amount of the paid entry tickets enables us to carry out one single circuit.
3. Reservation is required. Please, contact us (link a la pestaña de contacto de la web) before your visit.
4. You must show your ID/NIE or resident certificate with your current address on the Canary Islands.
5. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers may be replaced at the Issuer’s election, if at all, only with card purchase receipt and card number, and then only for the Gift Voucher’s remaining value.
6. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
7. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, coupons or cards.
