¿What does a ticket

to Forestal Park include?

• Access to one of two circuits available in the park, family or sport. Each ticket grants you the right to traverse once the sectors within the selected circuit and the obstacles they contain.

• The equipment required to enjoy your adventure safely (individual harness).
• A security briefing by one of our monitors before the beginning the activity.

• Civil responsibility and accident insurance.

Reservations

and limited entry policies

• Tickets for a given entry time can be limited by the capacity of our circuits as well as harness availability, which is why we highly encourage you to make your reservation well in advanced.

• Online reservations will close 4 hours before each entry time. Nonetheless, you will still be able to contact us by phone or WhatsApp to check for vacancies.

• Forestal Park Tenerife is not open all days of the year. Nevertheless, for groups of 10+ persons, we open our doors any day under reservation (minimum 24 hours in advanced). Contact us for more information.

• Remember to download your online ticket on to your mobile device before departing towards the park.

• Residents in the Canary Islands will be required to certify their residence by means of one of the following valid official documents: NIF/NIE, census certificate or travel certificate.

• Free access to the installations. Those who, despite not wanting to do the activity, wish to accompany you while you are enjoying the heights can access the park at no cost.

• Ticket prices for the family and sport circuits are the same. Thus, after the security briefing, and once our personnel has certified you meet the requirements, you will be able to choose which of the two circuits you prefer the most.

• Especially if you are planning to choose the sport circuit, we highly encourage you to select an early entry time so that you can enjoy the activity calmly and with time to spare.

Cancelations

and changes

• In order to cancel or change your tickets, contact the Reservations Department via e-mail at least 48 hours prior to the entry hour in your reservation. There will be no refund passed this time. In both cases, changes in reservations will depend on vacancy availability.
• In case the park has to shut down due to adverse meteorological conditions, or a major-force issue unrelated to the entity that manages the park, the park will reimburse the full cost of the tickets.
